Our daughter has had a variety of anxiety- and substance-related challenges. These issues became far more pronounced during her high school years, resulting in a year-plus stay at a RTC (residential treatment center). When she returned to home, we had many issues relating to her school re-integration, care protocol and expense reimbursement. On advice of a friend, we used Jeanine to advocate on behalf of our daughter and us to achieve the desired changes. My daughter has had various challenges in life including a tumultuous 12-year divorce, abandonment issues, several household moves including school systems, all resulting in anxiety, depression, and mental health disorders. She was sent to an outpatient center and a year-plus residential treatment center. Navigating through this process is extremely taxing for the patient and family.
