Testimonials
"I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Jeanine Leech's support and advocacy for my daughter. She is an incredibly empathetic and caring advocate who went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter received the services she needed. Jeanine was there for us every step of the way, responding promptly to emails, texts, and calls. Her dedication and commitment to our case were truly remarkable. Thanks to Jeanine's expertise and negotiation skills, she was able to secure services for my daughter that I was unable to obtain on my own. I am in awe of her ability to navigate the complex educational system and fight for what is best for each child. Jeanine's honesty and transparency were also greatly appreciated, as it can be overwhelming to navigate the truth and find the best solutions for your child. I absolutely love working with Jeanine, and I have no doubt that anyone who seeks her assistance will feel the same way. She is a true advocate and a blessing to our family. I highly recommend Jeanine Leech to anyone in need of a dedicated and compassionate school advocate."Jessica Laird2023-07-18I have been working with Jeanine for a year now. I can't say enough good things about her. I tried, unsuccessfully, for six years to get assistance for my child who continued to fall further behind each year. I finally contacted Jeanine who turned things around and made such a difference in our family's life. Within a few months, my child began receiving services from the school and showed growth in all areas. Jeanine was upfront with her costs and services, and her prices are very fair. I appreciated that she replied to my request for information immediately. Even a year later, I can count on Jeanine to get back to me the same day if not within the hour. She is so easy to work with, and she really knows so much about schools and the special education process and services. Jeanine connected us with other professionals who were also so dedicated to doing what is best for the child. Jeanine is a wealth of information and understands the perspective of the parents and the schools and is able to navigate it skillfully to do what is best for the child. My relationships with school staff improved greatly once Jeanine began advocating on our behalf. My only regret is not contacting her sooner. I highly recommend contacting Jeanine-- you will see how knowledgeable and compassionate she is after one conversation.Nadia2023-07-07Jeanine goes above and beyond to get our child’s needs met. My granddaughter is in a perfect placement for her and it was easy with the help of these wonderful people.Daniel Amen2023-01-02Your service has been a rainbow of sunshine for our family 👪 you make it extremely easy and for that we are grateful 🙏Maria Cadena2023-01-02Jeanine is a godsend to our family. My wife and I have three children, two of which have diagnosed learning disabilities and anxiety. It has been a major struggle in school, and receiving the help and care they so desperately need was difficult as parents to understand. We knew they needed help, but we’re overwhelmed with the IEP process and all the various technical details it entails. We didn’t want to agree to something proposed by the school (or even know where to begin to negotiate for their care) knowing it was going to be not amendable for a full year. We decided we needed a advocate, but with so few options and so many varying reviews I wasn’t sure where to begin. After a few conversations with advocates who claimed to the best out there and could ensure our children's success, I just didn’t like the structure of the compensation and felt like I was buying a used car. We found Ms. Leech online and gave her a call. She was very prompt in scheduling a brief information gathering interview on the phone with my wife. I immediately knew she knew all the ins and outs of the process and really cared about each child’s individual situation. Nothing was promised or claimed other than her decades of experience would provide the best plan and path for our children moving forward. My wife and I felt empowered by the call. Someone who really cared about the kids and knew the inner workings of a system sometimes knowingly setting children up for failure. It was like having the defense attorney on our side who was lead prosecutor for 30 years. Knows all the details working on the other side and the frustration that comes from not being able to help. My wife was in tears after the call that she finally can provide our children they help they needed that she never got. A 504 plan for one child, and IEP plan for the other has gone amazing since being implemented in the spring. Don’t hesitate to call and use TheCEadvoactes for all your needs; the breadth of experience and knowledge really was shown through their ability to make us aware of programs and options for our children I wouldn’t have thought of. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to give a shout. You and your children will be grateful you did. Thank you thank you thank you!J K2022-09-13Jeanine is a wonderful caring person who is passionate about her role as an advocate for parents and kids. Our daughter has had a variety of anxiety- and substance-related challenges. These issues became far more pronounced during her high school years, resulting in a year-plus stay at a RTC (residential treatment center). When she returned to home, we had many issues relating to her school re-integration, care protocol and expense reimbursement. On advice of a friend, we used Jeanine to advocate on behalf of our daughter and us to achieve the desired changes. Jeanine's ability to empathize with our plight, combined with her first-hand knowledge of the district inner-workings, made her the perfect champion. Her approach with the district, alternately light and forceful as required, ultimately resulted in successful outcomes on all related points. Jeanine worked tirelessly on our behalf, as the "point person" for communication with a half-dozen district contacts. The district's receptive to our complaints dramatically improved when Jeanine assumed control. Jeanine will be a forceful, successful advocate for other parent/children in our situation.

Jeanine is amazing! She is knowledgeable, passionate, and tenacious. She is a vigorous advocate that will represent you and your child, as if your child was her own. She understands the inner workings of the public school system from her decades long experience in administration. Jeanine is my first call for representation or IEP questions, and anyone that is fortunate to work with her would not be disappointed!

My daughter has had various challenges in life including a tumultuous 12-year divorce, abandonment issues, several household moves including school systems, all resulting in anxiety, depression, and mental health disorders. She was sent to an outpatient center and a year-plus residential treatment center. Navigating through this process is extremely taxing for the patient and family. Jeanine joined us late in the game and provided the most resourceful, exceptional service. She was even capable of collecting past expenses. Jeanine has a personal life and business experience with the entire IEP process. Jeanine is an amazing resource and takes a huge amount of pressure off of the parents, is compassionate, and guides you through the legal process with ease and assertiveness. Jeanine is dedicated, results-oriented., and I highly recommend hiring her.
